1. Order Cancellation Procedures, Fees, and Requirements
apka V strives to process orders for our kettles as rapidly as possible. Consequently, cancellation requests are subject to strict temporal limits.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: An order may only be cancelled if the physical product has not yet been handed over to our logistics partners. To request a cancellation, you must immediately email care@apkav.in explicitly stating your Order ID.
Cancellation Fees: All approved pre-dispatch cancellations are subject to a nominal payment gateway processing fee (typically 2% – 3%), which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations (Non-Cancellable): Once an order has been processed, packed, and a tracking number has been generated, the order is strictly non-cancellable. The customer must receive the product and initiate a standard return request, subject to the eligibility criteria below.
2. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes
apka V allows returns and refunds exclusively under the condition that the product is demonstrably defective upon arrival or remains entirely unused.
Timeframe: Any request for a return or replacement must be formally initiated within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a refund, the V mug kettle must be completely unused, free of any water residue, scratches, or cosmetic damage. It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, complete with all included accessories (e.g., detachable handles, power cables, protective flaps) and the original tax invoice.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items
To maintain strict hygiene standards and protect our operational integrity, the following scenarios strictly negate any right to a refund or replacement:
Used Products: Any kettle that has been filled with liquid, powered on, or demonstrates signs of active use is strictly non-refundable. (Such items are only subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty for repairs/replacements, not refunds).
Customer Negligence: Products exhibiting damage from misuse, such as immersion in water, connection to incompatible voltage sources, or unauthorized disassembly.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling charges incurred during the initial purchase are strictly non-refundable.
Promotional Items: Products procured during a clearance sale, customized orders, or free promotional items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
4. Return & Replacement Request Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, you must adhere to the following procedural workflow:
Initiate the Claim: Navigate to our official support portal at https://apkav.in/ticket and submit a formal return request.
Provide Evidence: You must upload clear photographic evidence or an unboxing video demonstrating the defect, alongside a copy of the original invoice.
Authorization & Dispatch: Upon preliminary approval by our team, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back to our facility. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was dead-on-arrival (DOA).
Inspection: Upon receipt, apka V technicians will conduct a rigorous inspection of the returned unit to verify the claim and ensure the product has not been tampered with.
Resolution: If the inspection confirms eligibility, apka V will, at its sole discretion, either dispatch a functionally equivalent replacement or authorize a refund.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a refund is officially authorized post-inspection, the funds will be credited strictly back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
apka V assumes no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
