The End-User accepts absolute and irrevocable responsibility for the correct, safe, and lawful utilization of these products. It is the strict responsibility of the End-User to ensure the apparatus is connected exclusively to a 12V-24V DC power source. End-Users are strictly enjoined to utilize the device exclusively for heating water , and must categorically refrain from attempting to cook food directly inside the stainless steel tank. To prevent the risk of fire, burns, or property damage, the device must be operated in a clear, well-ventilated space away from flammable materials.
2. PAYMENT TERMS All financial transactions executed upon apkaV.in are exacted in Indian Rupees (INR). The End-User covenants that all payment instruments utilized are legitimate, adequately funded, and lawfully possessed by the transacting party. apka V reserves the unilateral prerogative to suspend, freeze, or abrogate any transaction suspected of fraudulent origination. Full remuneration must be successfully remitted, cleared, and verified by our designated payment gateways prior to the dispatch of any physical merchandise.

ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the zenith of legal permissibility, the Company’s sole and exclusive liability under any circumstance is restricted, at its absolute discretion, to the repair or replacement of the product. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever arising from the use of the product, failure to use the product, or breach of warranty. This absolute absolution of liability explicitly encompasses, without limitation, damages to vehicle interiors or electrical systems , personal injury, burns, or property damage , as well as any loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of profits. Improper use, ignoring safety warnings, or unauthorized modifications can damage the product, your vehicle, or cause severe injury , for which apka V bears zero financial or legal liability.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The End-User irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent judicial courts located within Kannur, Kerala, for the adjudication of any legal proceedings. All disputes shall be subject to mandatory, binding arbitration prior to the initiation of formal litigation, with all legal, administrative, and representational costs borne entirely by the claimant.
